Pinning doesn’t work for me, either. When I drag a favorite shortcut to the taskbar I will get a popup stating “pin to taskbar.” However, what actually happens is that IE9 will be pinned to the taskbar...

FYI, my pinning only works if my taskbar is on the right / left side of my monitor. It doesn’t work in the middle, which is where i keep it….
